What is your return policy?

We want our customers to be satisfied with their merchandise, and our goal is Excellent customer service. We check our items before they are shipped to ensure you are receiving the best. We do not offer refund or exchange unless item arrived damaged, which we will then file a claim with the postal service. Please email order number along with pictures of the packaging box and picture of damaged item. Must be reported 1-2 days of receipt. Please allow 7-10 business days for a resolution to the claim.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we do offer gift cards. Please check our site under gift cards. It's listed under E-Gift cards. Which could be purchased there.

What are the payment options?

We accept payments through Paypal, Cash App, Zelle on our live shop events and credit and debit cards are welcomed as well on our site.

How soon before my order is shipped?

We want our customers to get their orders soon as possible. As we work hard getting them processed, please allow 3-5 Business days getting your order shipped out to you.
